Editor note: HOOVER, Ala. — Arkansas junior quarterback Ryan Mallett is waterlogged, all 6 feet, 7 inches of him. The preseason first-team All-SEC quarterback has been in the pool 60-90 minutes a day, four to five days a week, for the conditioning portion of his rehab from a broken left foot suffered in February.
