Times set for first two football games

FAYETTEVILLE - The 2010 University of Arkansas football season opener against Tennessee Tech in Fayetteville and the contest the following week against Louisiana-Monroe in Little Rock have been set for 6 p.m. the Southeastern Conference announced Wednesday.

Arkansas will take on Tennessee Tech for the first time in school history to begin the year on Saturday, Sept. 4. The game will be televised on pay-per-view and will be presented by AT&T. KATV anchor Scott Inman will handle the play-by-play call while Jimmy Dykes will provide color commentary. Dykes has worked with ESPN for 17 years, including seven seasons broadcasting college football, while Inman has been with KATV since 1999 and has handled the call for several Razorback events. Additional broadcast and purchase information will be announced at a later date.

The Arkansas game against Louisiana-Monroe will be broadcast on Fox Sports Net. The Razorbacks are 8-0 all-time against the Warhawks.
