Mallett Says Second Procedure "Just to be Safe"

Editor note: University of Arkansas quarterback Ryan Mallett said a second surgery to replace a screw in his broken left foot was more precautionary, and "just to be safe," in a teleconference with the media on Thursday.
Mallett first broke the foot in Feburary of this year, and missed all of spring practice.
